Author Guidelines

General formatting instructions:

Articles should be written in letter size with Times New Roman 11 point font, 1.5 spacing. Page layout should be: top and bottom margins of 3 cm, left and right margins of 2.5 cm. The length of the paper should not exceed 12 pages. Papers should not have numbered pages and should be written in a single column. The citations and references used should follow the IEEE format.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

All illustrations, figures and tables must be placed in the appropriate places in the text.
