Abstract

This article systematizes the training experience in business phenomenology developed in the Pacandé Indigenous Reservation, in the municipality of Natagaima, Tolima. The purpose of this initiative was to strengthen the food sovereignty of the community through the integration of ancestral knowledge and modern management tools. Based on a participatory process with members of the reservation, including young people and families, where planning, organization, management and business control strategies aimed at the sustainable use of the territory were promoted. The recovery of traditional crops such as cassava, corn and beans, among others, was promoted. Along with the digitalization of administrative and financial processes. Likewise, a business idea or means of production of cachaco flour was identified as an alternative for local entrepreneurship. All this was done in conjunction with the community and young people seeking a better benefit for all, in terms of knowledge is strengthened in the region through training, since it is a territory affected by violence and groups outside the law. For which they do not have support from public or private entities. Given all this situation in the community, it was born from the need to acquire new knowledge and to try to mitigate the shortcomings that existed in the indigenous reservation at the time, based on the need to generate new changes within the organization, new internal management practices were implemented. Based on this need, I saw myself in the task of establishing a vision and a mission and an organizational structure, since within the organization they did not have these management methods and there was no documentation or records. In which they were of great importance in the organization since the traditional way of managing the organization or how it was being managed was changed.
