Resumo

La innovación se desarrolla como uno de los factores primordiales en el desarrollo de las economías, dónde su estudio se convierte en la razón y esencia de los programas y proyectos de desarrollo de instituciones y naciones. El presente artículo presenta dos filosofías en el desarrollo de la gestión para la innovación, TRIZ y DESIGN THINKING (DT), disciplinas que han sido ampliamente abordadas por investigadores y científicos. El estudio que se fundamenta en fuentes secundarias de información, recoge elementos de su estructura descritos por diferentes autores y realiza unas conclusiones y recomendaciones al desarrollo de la gestión de innovación para las empresas Colombianas.
