Abstract

Santiago de Cali is a city located right next to the industrial capital (Yumbo). Despite having a wide variety of economic sectors, it still has many needs for proper tax organization. This means that the city still has a long way to go to develop a developed tax culture. When starting a business or providing a service, citizens tend to focus more on making a profit. Lacking knowledge, when operating as a merchant or providing a service, they must fulfill certain obligations to contribute to the development of the city. Therefore, they incur various penalties or even abandon their venture. To achieve this, it is essential to propose a solution that increases the community's interest and awareness in paying taxes. Contributing helps strengthen the city's development.
