Author Rights
Authors retain moral and patrimonial rights to their works. By submitting to Revista Nodo, they grant the journal a non-exclusive license for first publication only. Authors may:
• Enter independent publishing agreements for modified versions (including title changes) of their work.
• Re-publish their work elsewhere, provided they acknowledge its original publication in Revista Nodo.

Author Agreement
By submitting, authors confirm:
1. Publication Authorization: Grant Revista Nodo rights to digitally distribute their work globally in multiple formats and specialized databases.
2. Open Access Compliance: First publication will be open access under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, aligning with FAIR principles.
