Revista Nodo is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in its editorial processes. All complaints and appeals are handled in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

How to Submit a Complaint or Appeal
1. Contact: Email the Editorial Committee at revista.nodo@uan.edu.co
2. Subject Line: Clearly indicate the nature of your message:
• "Complaint" (for ethical or procedural concerns).
• "Appeal" (to contest editorial decisions).
• "Observation" (for general feedback).
3. Content: Provide a detailed description of the issue, including relevant:
• Manuscript ID (if applicable).
• Dates, names, or correspondence excerpts.
• Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, citations).

Response Process
Timeline: The Editorial Committee will respond within 10 business days.
Resolution: Outcomes may include:
–Re-evaluation of peer-review decisions.
–Corrections/retractions (if errors are verified).
–Sanctions for ethical violations (per COPE standards).
