Independent graphic designer specialized in editorial design. Holds a Master's degree in Editorial Design and Production from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Xochimilco. She was a national selection in the Second and Third International Poster Biennial in Mexico (1992, 1994). She was a co founder of the project Ediciones Sin Nombre in 1993, where she participated until 1997. She was part of Alforja, Arte y Literatura from 1998 until the project ended in 2008. She has designed more than thirty literary magazines and has carried out editorial projects encompassing design and editing for various state governments and different institutions. She has received the CANIEM Award for Editorial Art on six occasions: in the Literary and Cultural Magazines category, for the design and layout of La Otra. Revista de Poesía + Artes Visuales + Otras Letras (Alforja, Arte y Literatura, A.C., 2010), and for the design of the magazine Punto de partida. La revista de los estudiantes universitarios (Dirección de Literatura/UNAM, 2013, 2016, and 2018); as well as in the Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, and Atlases category, for the design and layout of the Enciclopedia de conocimientos fundamentales (a five-volume work, Siglo XXI Editores-UNAM, 2011), and for the design and layout of the Vocabulario de las filosofías occidentales. Diccionario de intraducibles (Siglo XXI Editores, 2019). In addition to continuing with the management and coordination of editorial projects, since 2014 she has focused her work on inter- and multidisciplinary projects. Starting in 2024, she has taken on the direction of the cataloging process for the analog archive of photographer Rogelio Cuéllar. She has published the photobook Costa Rica Antigua (2019) for the architecture firm Zyman&Zyman, featuring her own photographs.
